To launch their newest youngster brand Totally, tour operator Sundio chose Cravat for this event consulting mission. Together with the in-house event team, Cravat welcomed 100 influencers from Belgium, Holland, Germany and Denmark who won a 72hour trip filled with magical moments. Destination: the beautiful Costa Brava, from Barcelona to Lloret De Mar.

Serendipity key
Cravat took care of the customer journey where we integrated as much serendipity as possible. The challenge was to create an event approach, scalable to a tourism model. Besides this, we made the event’s timetable and gave last minute logistic and branding assistance. On location our team was in charge of the logistic and technical coordination, preparing the next steps in line.
